Pita Inn

Great experience at Pita Inn in Mundelein! I had the vegetarian entrée and my boyfriend had the spicy chicken shawarma—both were fresh and delicious. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was really welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s a nice restaurant offering Mediterranean food. The place gets pretty crowded during lunch time. Food was good and priced ok. My only concern is that they need to include more vegetarian options.

Food is so flavorful. The business lunch special is an amazing value with great portions. I am also a sucker for baba gannoug, and Pita Inn's is quite tasty. This is also a great option for gluten free if you avoid the pita and fatoush

I’m a big fan of their manager’s special and business special – both are generously portioned and offered at a great price. You definitely get your money’s worth and leave full every time. I stop in a few times a month, and it’s always a solid choice. Friendly service, great portions, and unbeatable value. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dependable spot with quality food and good vibes.

I ordered the combination feast since I couldn't decide what I wanted. A lot of meat, chicken shish kabob, kefta kabob, beef shawarma, falafel on a bed of rice. Salad and pita complete the dish. I have enough left over for another meal. Very nice friendly staff here. I came back and got takeout, which was very good. See pictures.
