Absolutely lovely!! Amazing food we did the large tray to feed our family of 6 tonight and let me tell you how amazing the food was!!! All 6 meats cooked to perfection, the Baked beans were my favorite because they have heavy power chunks to flavor pop ! The potato salad was okay , the corn bread was not the best but it was okay .
The tri tip and brisket are the best! The meat just melts into your mouth. The pulled pork was good but not phenomenal. I did not care for the sausage. The potato salad was store bought. The corn was served cold which took away from the experience. The baked beans were good. The cornbread was sooo delicious, the honey butter took it over the top. We will definitely be back!!
I stopped here on my way back to Washington and ordered the brisket plate with coleslaw and corn. Both sides smelled off and looked like they’d been sitting in the fridge for a long time. I took one bite of each, realized something wasn’t right, and only ate the meat. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe food poisoning afterward. I should’ve said something in the moment about the smell, but at the time I just let it go. The brisket itself was sliced very thick and was just okay.. barely any smoke flavor. Just be very wary of the sides. It’s been 48 hours since eating there, and I’m still feeling worse. Edit: I've reviewed photos of the corn and yes mine looked completely different.
Brisket was delicious, and baked beans were great. Street corn was disappointing, but most frustrating was that I was assured that the portion was big enough to share (“it’s usually about a half pound of meat”) but it was barely six ounces. For $21, I expected more. Location is well-appointed, but I took my food home where I discovered the small portion. Bummer.
Stopped by for lunch and what a surprise. A very elaborate set up with plenty of games, cards and space to hang out. The food was flavorful and worth every penny!
