Smitty's Better Burger

Stopped by while on a work trip and couldn’t believe the prices, was greeted by a worker I don’t remember her name but she was super sweet and helped navigate the menu. I ordered the better burger and I wasn’t expecting much but the size and quality of the burger was amazing. It was massive and the flavor was great

I used to love eating here as a kid through my young adult years. I don’t know what happened, or if maybe today was a bad day, but the food was inedible. The gilled cheese was a joke, and the tater tots were mushy and greasy. Definitely won’t be going back. Such a shame.

I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed! The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. The service was lightning-fast, and my meal arrived hot and fresh. The friendly and attentive staff provided excellent suggestions, enhancing the overall experience. If you love burgers, this place is a must-visit and I can't wait to return!

Waited 30 minutes and no one even came up to take my order yet other people who arrived after me had their orders taken. I understand the possibility of being short staffed but two separate waitresses walked by my car without acknowledging me or letting me know they would be right with me.

Haven’t had Smitty’s in a while because the last 3 times we had had it everything was over cooked, over fried, and burnt. Decided to try it out again last night because we used to love it but still so disappointing. They still are serving Tyson dinosaur chicken nuggets and the burgers are still so burnt they’re inedible. My husband literally took 2 bites of his and couldn’t eat anymore. This is 4 times in a row now it’s been terrible. They also just went up on their prices so I feel like they need to get the food back on point and edible. Service is always great though.
