Smashing Tomato Pizzeria at Hamburg

I came in for my first time at this location and what a wow experience the food was explosive 🧨 I had an appetizer soup and salad and entree. Pics available of all the food. And thanks guys if really made up for the past few weeks. I feel better after enjoying that meal 🤗

Yum... Smashing Tomato pizza is thee place in Lexington! They have great service, very friendly staff who operate effectively and smoothly. They have outdoor seating. Clean bathrooms. An Italian dipping oil bar with high quality seasonings. And last but definitely not least, one of the literal, best, pizzas out there. You definitely want your own, there not that huge (and no one wants to share such a treasure). The crust is perfect, the cheese is fresh, and the sauce is true. Hands down amazing! Great job y'all. 🍕🇮🇹

Had been to the Fayette Mall location and were impressed. We were on a trip south on 75 and decided to try the Hamburg location. We were not disappointed. I feel like service here was friendlier than Fayette. They were friendly and helpful. Pizzas came out quickly. Got the Artichoke Dip and it was definitely presented in well and tasty too. The woodfired pizza was, of course, amazing. We will be back!!!!!

I love this pizzeria for the superb flavor of the pizza and crust, plus the ample numbers and wide variety of main dishes, including calzones and salads. I give it 4 stars for a 2" wide crust on a 12" pizza. Pizza arrives promptly, even on the app. I order on the app. We get our own beverages and place settings. I give 4 stars for service at the table only to deliver the pizza. Atmosphere is like that of a pub. I give it 4 stars, because it's a small, crowded restaurant.

We are definitely regulars and eat here multiple times a month. Phillip is a fantastic GM and goes out of his way to take care of his regulars like us. I’m sure he does that for everyone. Oh, and the pizza is delicious. Our favorite in Lexington. It’s an overall great spot.
