Smashed

The BEST burger I’ve ever had- the flavor was phenomenal! Literally mouth watering - Ingredients are fresh, portion is generous- I’m not big on Mac n Cheese but this makes me love Mac n cheese again but only from here 😊

I'll start with the not so great: My visit to Smashed was somewhat marred by the behavior and decorum of other customers hanging out in and around the place, however I know that a small business cannot really control who enters their establishment, and so I'll try not to count it against them. Also while I was there, which was about lunch time (12), there was loud, vulgar music playing with lots of swear words, so this is likely not the kind of place you'd want to take the family, especially if you have small children. Otherwise the atmosphere was good. Cool art on the walls, and a relaxed vibe. The service was good, the girl behind the counter was helpful and kind. Can't ask for more. Wait this place is actually gas. Definitely hole in the wall vibes, and its location is in a tough spot..and across the bus station / post office. But damn they knew how to cook chicken- and at a great price. At first glance, every table was full but I was nervous to see the TV’s were off (assuming there was a menu shown), but it was just technical difficulties. I got two chicken sandwiches shown, one spicy one reg, and they both come with fries and a soda / water for $12.99! Unfortunately, there was a little mix-up with sauces but the chicken was so good it literally didn’t matter, and the fries were amazing too, nice and crunchy.

Let me tell you, the only change I don’t like about smashed is they removed the foosball table ! The sauce is less spicy which I love, the new burger buns are soft & buttery, & the service is always really nice!

Tried Smashed for the first time. Went with a double smashed patty. Comes with fries and their house sauce. Was hoping to try their tenders, but they were out of stock. Thought the burger was pretty good. Not too filling, could have handled a tipple patty. Will try them again. Hope to get tenders on the next trip.
