Smallcakes Scarsdale

I want to start by saying that I’ve been going to small cakes bakery for 2 years now. I love their cupcakes. When I found out that they bake cakes I was super excited I figured their cupcakes are beautiful and delicious I can only imagine what a birthday cake would turn out. Unfortunately it turned into a. Disaster! I have uploaded some pictures. I refrigerate the cake and when I took it out the next day this is what it looked like. The cake had a ridiculous amount of buttercream that it just couldn’t hold up. Now I’m not no baker, but this is pure common sense. When I cut into the cake the cake crumbled entirely! It had pounds I mean pounds of butter cream I was so confused! It was more butter cream than cake. The cake was not edible it was horrible, too sweat and honestly I could’ve got

Great experience every week when I visit this bakery. New flavors of tender cupcakes with mouth watering decoration. Large tasty cookies, and such a friendly atmosphere. Attendant is always patient as I sample ice cream flavors. Today I purchased an oatmeal cupcake with caramel marshmallow frosting I think, taste so good and a Cookies and cream cookie with Oreo crumble so good. A bakery worth a visit if you haven’t tried it yet!

Came here for a friendsgiving cake decorating class and it was such a fun activity! We drank wine ate some cheese and crackers while the DJ played some music. The whole experience was a 10/10. You also get to take home the cake you decorated and it taste amazing!! Definitely would go back.

Cupcakes After Dark on 12-14-25 with Tina, Dj Peter and Toni was amazing! They were all so nice and patient with my non cake decorating self, lol. I will absolutely be doing this again.

I attended a Grinch-themed cake decorating class and paid close to $100 for my spot. I want to start by saying the staff was very pleasant, kind, and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. The DJ was also great! Unfortunately, the experience itself did not align with what was advertised online. The promotional photo showed a four-layer Grinch cake, but we were provided with two small cakes, which felt like half of what was advertised. Additionally, the decorations provided did not match the theme shown in the photos. Instead of themed edible decorations, we received a sloppy cardboard cutout of the Grinch hand and a regular plastic, non-edible glitter ornament to place on the cake. Several tools also seemed inadequate or missing. Some participants had bent spatulas, and no tweezers were
