You have to start with the Fried Chives — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside, and absolutely addictive. And don’t even think about skipping the Homemade Dumplings. They’re fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care — the kind that disappear from the plate way too fast. For my entrée, I had the dried curry chicken sautéed, and wow… packed with bold Thai spices, perfectly cooked chicken, and just the right amount of heat. Every bite was bursting with flavor. Hidden gem!!! New cute Thai restaurant on central av. !!! You can easily drive right passed it but pump the brakes your in for a treat 🤤. The mussels were fresh and the broth they came in, I can drink a whole gallon. The snapper was delicious and crispy. Crab fried rice and chicken satay perfectly cooked. Must try the peanut sauce thats served with the satay. Great food matched with excellent service 👌 Ploy was awesome and very knowledgeable about the food. Definitely be back sooner then later. P.s parking is limited out front but the good news is they have a parking lot right behind the restaurant
