Super thankful to Tom & his team for allowing me to make an individual order directly through their roastery in SLO. I first noticed the roastery when I was leaving my dog's groomers appointment off of Tank Farm Road. After doing some research online, I learned they originally started as a company in Cambria in 2007 and moved to their current location for production purposes in 2021. After reaching out, Tom responded quickly and set me up with a bag of their EspressoX whole beans and I was extremely pleased with the quality of these beans. This was a medium-light roasted espresso blend that had notes of brown sugar and caramel. These beans had nice very nice balance.
