Splendor Ice Cream

Came here after dinner to try it out. I got the Mint and the Pearl (Vanilla) the Mint was pretty tasty and had a super natrual taste as if you were eating mint leaves itself. Unfortunately I was too full too entirely enjoy the vanilla flavor but I bet it was just as delicous. They have a neat location besides the train station and have a great patio area for you to sit in. 5/5

I was so happy to see Splendor is now open. And it was totally worth the wait! Apparently every batch of ice cream is made fresh in the parlor and all of the mix-ins are made fresh too— and you can tell by the flavors and smells coming from the back! My favorite flavor was the Train Tracks! I’ve never had a dairy-free ice cream that was so divine! We will be back (probably more often than I’ll admit!!)

Stumbled upon this by complete chance (coincidentally on their first official day open to the public!) and safe to say, we are fans. road-tripping from CO to CA and this is one of the most memorable bites we had the entire way. We left saying “I think this is the best ice cream we’ve ever had”. And let’s not forget the decor. I am such a sucker for well executed branding and whoever designed this, did. not. miss. 10000000/10 . Every corner was thoughtfully and meticulously curated and done so perfectly. Think old school ice cream parlor meets mid century modern meets Pinterest board. Truly wish we were locals so we could enjoy this place regularly. Well done Splendor 👏🏼

Every time I’ve been to splendor I’ve had a great experience with the workers and an even better one with the flavor! Would recommend to anyone!

We wanted to try this small batch ice cream shop on Saturday evening. There was a short line of people but it moved quickly. We were also able to find a seat outside. The ice cream tasted very creamy! I ordered a single scoop, and it was a big single scoop! I would definitely return next time when I am back in the area.
