Skyvibe Restaurant and Lounge

I recently spent an evening with my girlfriends at Skyvibe Restaurant and Lounge, and it was truly a mixed experience. First, the place is absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. The decor, ambiance, and overall aesthetic are pretty and give the impression of a high-end, vibrant dining experience. However, the vibe and appearance unfortunately did not match the level of service we received. After being seated, it took over 45 minutes for a waitress to finally come to our table and take our orders. We gave our drink orders and food orders since we didn't want to waste anymore time. Our waitress informed us that she was boththe only waitress and bartender so the drinks will take some time as she was also taking our orders. There were probably about 4 other tables besides ours,

It’s nice to see a lovely African inspired restaurant in Laurel, Maryland! 🙌🏽💕 This restaurant is big. It has various places to dine and also smoke hookah. From the upper level deck area, to the lower level, the ambience was nice! Put it this way, there was no shortage of decor. Everything we order was good from the menu. I love the Suya beef and the chicken wrap.! Oh it was so good! Our waitress Toyo was absolutely hands-on the first time I had gone there. I said first time because, I went there back to back.! 😂 I’m sure they’re still getting things together because it is still fairly new , but overall they’re doing their best to make sure that we have a wonderful restaurant to dine at in Laurel. I do recommend that you go and check it out!👏🏽🎉💕

Cool vibe. Birthday celebration. Was advised live music would be available. Not.. Issues with some items in the menu. All in all a good night. I'll be back.

The lamb with wht rice and mix veggies was good but it was spicy for me because I’m not a spicy food eater. Also the shrimp egg roll was good to that’s why it’s no pic. Red velvet cake was good.

I had such a great time here celebrating my birthday Monday March 9th. Sarah took amazing care of us and was so welcoming from the moment we got there. She really made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. The food was bomb and definitely worth it. The hookah was a 10/10. I also loved the variety of drinks they offer. The menu is really versatile, so there’s something for everyone whether you want something light, strong, or just something different to try. The atmosphere was super comfortable. The music, the people, and the overall vibe felt calm and enjoyable. I also liked that the lounge has different levels, each with its own vibe and energy, but they all flow really well together and still feel comfortable. We sat on the rooftop and it honestly made the night even better.
