Skyline Chili

I visited this skyline location many times and I’ve always found it to be one of the best in the Cincinnati area, friendly workers very consistent food with a clean and lively environment. I’ve retired down south now but every time we come back to visit the kids and grandkids this is our first stop. Can’t wait to taste that skyline chili. For me, it’s always a four-way with beans and usually a cheese Coney hold the onions! This time I substituted a small Greek salad for the cheese coney and it was tasty.

In with family, we ordered there and had one order for carry out. The in-restaurant dining experience was great, no issues. But the carry out was so ridiculous. The chili was more than half empty. What a rip off. My family member ordered the same thing in the restaurant and received over twice as much.

Do not use the drive thru. The speaker box is absolutely horrible. They can't hear you. Went thru today, ordered 2 coneys with no onion, hot sauce, and crackers. There's onions on my coneys so I can't eat those. And they didn't give me hot sauce or crackers. Nice people but don't use their 1985 drive thru speaker box.

I have been eating at the 747 Skyline since it opened and have never had a bad experience that was their fault. The food is always hot and fresh, the prices are typical with the market and I always leave satisfied. I read through the other reviews and can only think the other non-favorable reviews are either unrealistic or there was something else at play. This store is one of the best in the area. The staff would not disrespect anyone IMHO. I spend my money here because I know I will get good value for my dollars. I can go elsewhere and spend my money but I choose to spend it here.

Best Skyline in the area. Owners are awesome and they train & treat their staff right. There’s always turnover in this industry but I’ve seen some of the same faces for over 10 years. 100% try the funnel cake fries
