J. Annette's Cheesecakes

I am from out of town and decided to stop in because my son was craving cheesecake. Best decision we made our entire trip. We purchased 4 different slices (lime in the coconut, strawberry shortcake, Carmel apple, and strawberry marble) and every slice was delicious! The customer service was exceptional and the shop was very clean. My son has requested this cheesecake for his birthday. I will most likely make the hour and a half trip back to purchase a full cheesecake when that time comes.

Not quite a "hidden" gem, but what a surprise to find a local cheesecake shop with food this delicious. I stopped in with my sons, we were able to ask all sorts of questions, even try a sample, and walk out with our first cheesecake slices of many to come. This visit, we got a strawberry shortcake crumble, a caramel nougat (think Snickers), and a chocolate slice. All of them were so good. The cake was well chilled, beautifully presented, and so flavorful. Cheesecakes come in a variety of flavors: some are more tart, some are cloyingly sweet, and some are kind of bland. These were all the right balance of flavorful. The cheesecake has its own personality, but mixes well with the toppings. I lean towards liking a tart cheesecake more than a sweet one. Do yourself a favor and get the sampler! These cheesecakes are FABULOUS and you’ll want to go back to try the other flavors! We got the sampler and it included four flavors. In the order that I liked them best- Butter Beer (amazing!! Not too sweet, delightfully buttery), cherry cordial (perfect texture and flavor!), key lime coconut (tart and sweet, coconut is toasted and not overwhelming), and peanut butter crunch (this one was a bit too sweet for me, but my hubby loved it!). Can’t wait to come back and try more!

The best cheesecake you've ever had!! I will never go anywhere else now. I've tried almost all their flavors and haven't had one I didn't like yet. Today I got the sampler box.

I'm an extremely picky cheesecake eater but this place is SO GOOD. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I didn't even make it out the parking lot before I started eating them because they looked so good. I can't wait to return.
