Absolutely delicious! We LOVE Sky Bar! It has great sushi and one of the BEST Happy Hours in Galveston. Their Crab Ragoon is like no other. Our server, Alex, was spot on tonight as always. Very attentive! The bonus was beautiful weather and we got to sit outside and enjoy the lovely Strand atmosphere. Give this gem a try! You can't go wrong!

Sky bar in Galveston is the perfect stop for those craving an equally casual and high-quality experience. We came in during New Years Eve, and were comfortably sat at the sushi bar as it was a packed house. Service was prompt and kind, and the fish is QUALITY. Even in the midst of a rush this team cranked sushi out at a fast pace and focused on quality delivery all the same. Huge shoutout to our server Zoe for the great service and Renaldo for being a master at his craft. Highly recommend!!

Took hubby who has never tried sushi! So.. we got crab rangoons and Galveston roll. He was skeptical but tried it! He dug in for number two! Crab Rangoons were crisp and delish ! Zoey was attentive and personable! Love this place will be back! Maybe actual sushi next time! Baby steps and they were so nice! Great fun atmosphere!

Zoe is amazing! Highly rec the miso soup, spring rolls, Shumai and fried rice. The vibe is super chill and the staff is so welcoming and on it. Great spot for a night before a cruise! Oh also the drinks are HEAVY but delicious so prepare not to drive ;)

This place has been around for so long and there is a reason why. The atmosphere and service are great. But thr sushi is some of the best I've had in my life. We ordered 3 rolls and they loaded them beautifully onto a boat. The Scorpion roll is one of my faves... its very rich but has tasty Lil crayfish tales. The Spider roll with deep fried soft shell crab was gone as soon as it arrived on the boat. The 3rd was a salmon based roll I cant remember the name of. Oh and dont get me started on the crab rangoons.... they are worth the trip all by themselves. Hand stuffed and rolled with a Cajun sort of Chipotle sauce. They even kept the giant steel door from their old location as decoration in the new place.
