SK Coffee: Coffee Bar & Roastery

Trendy local coffee spot in Vandalia Tower. Stopped here for a morning meetup with a group and they were able to accommodate my non-coffee drinking self with a dark chocolate hot chocolate! Barista's were extremely helpful and had my drink served in a solid dine-in coffee cup. Came in winter, but assume this is a pretty hopping spot in summer.

Amazing coffee and delicious food. I'm honestly sad I don't live closer because I absolutely love this building. Even if the coffee was so-so, I'd still go just for the ambiance - the open and comfortable seating, cool decorations and lighting, plus some cool shops ... but honestly the coffee was the highlight!

I’ve visited SK Coffee a few times at their spot in Vandalia Tower, and it’s become one of my favorite coffee stops in the Twin Cities. They roast their beans in-house, and you can taste the difference — the coffee is bright, smooth, and consistently excellent whether you’re drinking it there or taking a bag home. But I have to talk about the empanadas. I’ve tried every flavor they offer, and honestly, they’re outstanding. Perfect crust, amazing fillings, and easily some of the best empanadas I’ve found anywhere around here. They pair ridiculously well with their coffee too. SK Coffee has a great vibe, great people, and top-tier products. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Tried out this industrial coffee shop with quality beans and baristas. I had an expensive pour over ($10!), but it was quality craftsmanship and beans (!!). It's inside of an old factory with what seemed to be locals hanging around. Great service, good coffee, slightly expensive priced, and immaculate vibes.

If anyone visits St Paul ever, I always send them to SK. The atmosphere is enough draw on its own- but top it off with the quality of coffee and baristas? Top notch. Recently they've teamed up with a local florist to keep the tables decorated and it's gorgeous!! 🪻☕️ 10/10
