I tried a bowl of the Salmon Bisque and had to order a second one for my husband to keep him from eating all of mine it was so delicious. It was creamy and rich with lots of salmon chunks, mushroom and leeks. For dessert I had a chewy peanut butter cookie and my husband had the chocolate gelato. Best food ever you could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Salmon Wagon.
