Catch Sitka Seafoods

We were so happy to be introduced to Catch Sitka Seafoods. This family-owned business provides the freshest fish we have ever eaten, right to my doorstep. Salmon, halibut, prawns or cod are on our menu at least once or twice a week now. Highly, highly recommend them if you're looking for wild-caught seafood.

I love fish but I rarely enjoy it because I have had such a hard time sourcing fresh fillets. I am so happy that I found Catch Sitka Seafoods though! The fish is super fresh, has amazing flavor and is sustainable! Talk about a win win! It is seafood you will enjoy the taste of and can feel good about eating at the same time! The smoked salmon tastes great on my homemade bagels and the rockfish fried up perfectly into a baja fish taco! Can't wait to try the other cuts and the fresh salmon fillets!

We had an opportunity to take a private tour of the processing facility and hear the story of the humble origins and hard work of the founders. The facility is so clean I would eat off the floor, the attention to detail is impeccable and the fish we tried was incredible! I’ll be getting all my fish from this company and recommending to all my friends. Give it a try, You won’t be disappointed!

We started our journey with Catch Sitka earlier this year. After spending copious amounts of time searching for a consistent source for FRESH FISH that was as close to the source as possible we discovered Catch Sitka Seafoods. We live in Western Wyoming in the Yellowstone basin area just south of Jackson Hole Wyoming. Here we are accustomed to buying our food as close to the farm as possible allowing us the best quality food we can source.
