Sinoy's Kitchen

We experienced the bay area's best Onam Sadhya at Sinoy's Kitchen. All of the 23 items were delicious and tasted authentic. This is the best traditional Kerala food in town. We preordered the meals via their website and picked from the restaurant. If you ordered individually per person, the meal comes in it's own box. Our family pack for 4 came in a large box with each items in a 24 oz container. A paper banana leaf was provided for all. Traditional matta rice was provided in the feast. The food wasn't spicy at all, which is great and flavors are well balanced. Only one papadam per person isn't sufficient. So, I suggest them to provide at least four papadams. Some of the items like beef fry were good. Some others like chicken biryani could be better. Pazhampori was good but still below expectations. Service here can be a challenge if you order during peak days like Christmas. Overall I feel there are few other restaurants which are current better

Authentic Kerala eatery which primarily runs as a takeout business.They have a couple of tables for very small groups. We tried the egg puffs, meat fry, fish fry and duck maapas with appam and Kerala parotta. Very friendly folks and reasonable pricing.

Excellent food just make sure you understand it's takeout only. Focus on the non-rice dishes as they were all flavorsome and varied - meat and vegetarian are equally good.

Good food and reasonable prices is a great summary of The Kerala foods. The portions are good as well. it gave me enough food for two meals.
