International trip to Mexico with Samantha ~ what an absolute delight! I appreciated the pacing of the trip - with spreading out of free days, to the intricately planned group activities ~ during the entirety of the trip - she has your back. Keen observation for what folks need, may enjoy, and what needs to be done. I would highly recommend!🤸‍♂️

We booked Chef Samantha for a surprise retirement dinner for my dad in Watkins Glen, and he described the experience best: “I think I’m dreaming.” From start to finish, it was unforgettable. Chef Samantha and her incredible team (special shoutout to Faith!) not only prepared an outstanding meal but brought so much knowledge, passion, and intention to every course. Each dish was beautifully crafted and full of flavor—it was impossible to pick a favorite because everything was unanimously voted “spectacular” by our family. We’re already looking forward to booking one of her food tours. Thank you for such a special evening!

We hired Chef Samantha for a private dinner birthday celebration. Throughout the planning process Chef was helpful and willing to work with us in crafting the meal paired with some delicious Finger Lakes wines. The food prepared was fantastic and she made the whole dinner experience great!

I was blessed to attend one of Samantha's international culinary/adventure tours and have nothing but great things to say! Samantha is organized, communicates wonderfully and if she does not know the answer she will find it out for you asap.
