Chapman House Bed and Breakfast

The owner/hosts (Steve and Julie) of the Chapman House Bed and Breakfast (Built in 1802) are reason enough to stay there. They are both a wealth of knowledge of the history of Geneva, especially the architecture of Main Street itself. Steve helped restore many of the buildings and homes along in the historical section of this lovely town. They are very accommodating. To Steve and Julie, people and kindness are the bottom line not the dollar. The house is wonderfully restored old home beautifully decorated. The grounds, too, are lovely. My wife and I enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning on the porch along with finishing our coffee in the backyard on a garden swing bench. They also are very knowledgeable about restaurants in the area.

Chapman House is a wonderfully restored old home that dates back to 1802! There are so many unusual and interesting details throughout the house. Breakfast each morning was delicious and Steve and Julie were very welcoming hosts. We stayed in room #1, you could hear the traffic on Main Street but it wasn't a problem. When we mentioned that the bathroom was a little chilly, they immediately turned up the heat. If I am ever back in Geneva I will definitely stay here!

Our stay at Chapman House was wonderful...the rooms were large and comfortable (king room) and the breakfast was delicious. It is well situated close to restaurants and attractions in Geneva

Wow what a lovely weekend getaway. The Chapman House Bed & Breakfast was the perfect place to rest and relax. The breakfast of french toast/sausage (Sat)and eggs Benedict with apple turnovers(Sun) were beyond delicious. Some of the best sleep I’ve had the bed was so comfy. The vintage claw tub was a great place for a soak before we set out on our day. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to visit you again one day.

Warm and cozy home!! Very comfortable and welcoming. Our room is clean and spacious. Julie had just finished beautifully decorating the Christmas tree when we arrived. Great location too!
