Simple Fare Catering

I had an exceptional experience working with Maeghan at Simple Fare Catering on a conference in March 2025 in Boston, MA that included two evening receptions and two days of boxed lunches. The entire team went above and beyond to make it a special experience for our attendees, including a specialty cocktail and themed tablescapes! I couldn't have asked for a better partnership for these events, especially because I organized much of the conference based outside of the Boston area and was grateful for a caterer I could trust. Chef Daniel created a stellar menu and Candace and Diego ensured everything ran smoothly for our events. Every member of the team I interacted with was kind, professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them enough!

We used Simple Fare to cater a work event. Maeghan, our sales person, was excellent from the beginning! We had some complicated billing requirements that she handled perfectly. We had a buffet and a bar at the event. Food, including chicken parm and short ribs, was excellent! We didn't have it setup with servers but had two bartenders that were fantastic and happy to help with the food even though they didn't have to. Food and drink prices were very reasonable for what we got. I would highly recommend you consider them for your next event.

We hired Simple Fare to cater hors d’oeuvres for a birthday party we hosted this past weekend. From the quote process all the way to the food everything was amazing!! We dealt with Maeghan Phillips for the ordering process. She was amazing, always responsive and very flexible. We were able to customize quantities for everything, and get exactly what we wanted. She always responded to our emails and questions. The delivery was on time, and everything came piping hot and very well packaged. All of guests raved about the food, the selection was exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious! We will definitely be hiring them again in the future! I have ordered catering from Simple Fare for many large-scale corporate events, and the process is always so seamless and easy. The food is always good, consistent, and arrives on time, and the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Will return again in the future!

The staff at Simple Fare were so incredibly attentive, sincere, and efficient at our wedding! Every server we encountered had such warmth and professionalism, a truly wonderful company! During the planning process everyone was extremely focused and detail oriented to ensure that the day of would go smoothly— and that it did!
