Work Hard Eat Good Meal Delivery

On October 31, 2025, I had a very busy day at work. I left feeling very tired and hungry. I was near this place and I felt like buying a meal. The food is delicious. The chicken has a wonderful flavor and the rice is amazing; I liked it so much that I had to go back the next day to buy it again. I was craving this dish, which is the same one I tried before; it's fantastic, with an incredible flavor.

Stopped here after work to grab somethin quick to eat, and I wasn’t disappointed. The jerk chicken with the mango salad and rice was delicious. Tender, flavorful, no gristle. Loved it. I added a photo of their steak tips that I got for my wife. I took a bite, please don’t tell her.

Medford can feel a little plain sometimes, so finding Work Hard Eat Good was exactly what I needed. Real flavor, real passion, and great energy. The food is delicious every time, and you can tell the owner cares deeply about his craft and his customers. It’s a Black-owned business that brings authentic taste and warmth to the area. Definitely one of my favorite spots around!

Incredible Jamaican plates. Everything they serve is fresh and delicious. I’ve tried all their meat options and I can’t even pick a favorite. Can’t go wrong with any of their food!

Their fooood is SMACKKKKK! Let me tell you! I was driving by and it caught my eye. So I decided to turn back around and check it out! I was lucky to meet the owner , Jabreel (I think that’s how you spell it). He was out of rice that day so we just got jerk chicken and jerk wings with sweet plaintains and mango salad. He told us to make sure we comeback and let me tell you, MY MAN AN I WILL BE BACK! The food was so good I couldn’t believe it! Highly recommend service and food was 10/10.
