Simfull (쉼풀)

The kimbap was absolutely delicious. The seaweed was excellent quality, and the balance of rice seasoning and ingredients was just perfect. Among many places I’ve tried around Atlanta, this one is hands down the best. It definitely stands up to top spots in Korea.

Some of the best and healthiest Korean food I’ve had out! I typically don’t love kimbap because of how overfilling and dense the rice is, but the spicy tuna keto kimbap made with egg instead of rice was so good! The individual ingredients inside were also very flavorful and fresh, and I so badly need the spicy tuna recipe. Honestly my favorite kimbap to date and I will definitely be coming back for more. The egg salad sandwich was also so yummy. The owner let us know that she was trying out a new recipe for the egg salad and asked us to give an honest review and feedback. Again, I’m personally not a huge fan of egg salad either (my sister chose this item), but it was the best egg salad sandwich I’ve ever had! The best gimbap in Atlanta - even better than most in Korea! Fresh, high quality ingredients, and perfect (high) filling to rice ratio. Also a fan of their porridges and sandwiches!

Their kimbaps are flavorful and had a great filling to rice ratio. The beef mushroom veg porridge is also very good, its pricey but the portion serves 2 people. They prep the food fresh so expect to wait some time if you dine in. They have lots of options on their menu, would recommend trying it out

It’s in the same plaza as the movie theater, so there is plenty of parking near by. A lot of variety on kimbap and porridge. Canned soda and water bottles are available for purchase. You get a free bottle of water when you buy food. There are only 5 tables inside, each can easily sit 6 people. You order up front and when the food is ready you pick up at the counter. But I was with my two kids and the owners were so considerate and brought the food to our table. Fish cake soup: very light and refreshing! Bulgogi kimbap: very flavorful Kimchi kimbap: the kimchi flavor was a bit lacking and not spicy at all. Egg sandwich: I don’t know why I was thinking of an egg toast, this is more American version.
