Pro-fi took over us as a client when our accountant retired and merged his company with theirs. We had been with him for 10 plus years (worked with Jamie who has always been great) and with the merged company (ProFi) for the last few years. After the merger we were continually confused of who ran the company and who might be contracted out?We were continually billed for some services by the previous accounting firm prior to the merger and some charges continually by Profi which left us confused. When we would call to ask questions always felt the ones in charge weren’t able to fully explain anything without getting with several other people and then we were still confused.
