J & J Donuts

J & J Donut aka average doughnut. Local, neighborhood donut shop that is fully in stock even in the weekends and even after 10am. The jelly donuts are filled to order, which is a great way to prevent food waste and have fresh filling, not soggy. Their donuts are also not greasy. However, their donuts are quite try, almost too dry for my liking. Huge variety of items and very friendly service. Atmosphere is mostly takeout and prices are under $2 per donut, which is rare these days. I ordered a half dozen and the total with tax was under $8.

J&J has good donuts, you should definitely try them. However, I'm only review to argue against what Sabrina posted 2 weeks ago. These are nowhere as good as Sara's. As a customer of Sara for a decade going there once every 2-3 months across multiple locations, I can say 100% not on the same level. J&J has that typical fried taste that many donut shops have which Sara's does not which I prefer. They were not as soft as hers, and after 6 hours, it lost half of the softness it did have. Sara's can be 12 hours later and still be super soft. In fact, after 24 hours they are about the same softness as J&J at the 6 hour mark. Once again, go try J&J for yourself, I'm sure will be happy.

Clean. Good customer service. Known for their beautiful pastries. Parking at times can be limited. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.

Everyone I know always mentions O Sarah Donuts which is great and very similar but J & J Donuts is still my favorite! So glad it’s the closest donuts shop to us. Their donuts are SO yummy and fresh and they’ve got awesome flavors. Sometimes I just get the donut holes which are great but I love getting a mixed box for the kids. Not only yummy but some fun and seasonal donuts too! Their sausage rolls are also a favorite at our house! 10/10 thank you J & J!

I prefer small owner ran donut shops where they actually make the donuts from scratch all day long. This place has a decent assortment of sausage rolls and croissants with meat. I bought 2 dozen donuts for work and everyone loved them. Very good donuts. I will definitely come back. The sausage roll was excellent. Very good roll flavored.
