Siam Restaurant in Telluride: The ambiance was warm, cozy, and inviting—with a unique blend of mountain charm and Thai elegance. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and service. Especially Mark. We tried several dishes. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, the Thai basil stir-fry had just the right amount of spice, and the curry was rich and aromatic. Every bite was fresh and flavorful. You can tell this place takes pride in quality and authenticity. A must-visit if you're in town—don’t miss it! On a side note: Telluride is Expensive, so expect to pay three times for everything, whether it's food, shopping, or entertainment. Be prepared... Or pack extra snacks

The sampling appetizer was phenomenal with an exceptional peanut sauce! The curry and noodle entrees were good. The restaurant has a nice decor and being popular, as soon as we got in it filled up every seat. It can be noisy at times but not to an unpleasant level. Our server took our orders as soon as we got seated and the food arrived timely. Good service. Happy we booked an earlier time.

Unfortunately had a really negative experience with the food at Siam. I understand that Telluride is pricier in regards to food, which I accept. What I am not a fan of was the actual flavors of the food. I ordered the ginger and garlic beef and it might be the most disappointing meal I have ever had. The beef genuinely looked boiled and completely unappetizing, the sauce was extremely watered down, and I genuinely could not finish it. The chicken satay was mediocre and the pad see ew didn't taste like pad see ew at all. I absolutely love Thai food, so this was extremely disappointing overall, especially when you considered the price. The only thing that tastes as it should, was the white rice.

Food is good, service is bad. Putting in an automatic 15% tip for a takeout order over $150 is crazy, and while it was technically disclosed, it was hidden in the "taxes and fees" line and so I missed it as it's not something you would think you need to look for for a takeout order. Then they don't answer the phone # they ask you to text for updates on the order and as such we were late to pick up the food as it was ready 50 mins before the stated time when I made the order. I knew this would happen which is why I texted the number (then tried to call) which they ignored. Not exactly sure what I tipped $40 for. Overall, terrible service but the food is usually good

We had the curry puffs and red curry! Perfectly cooked and extremely delicious. We tried the Mad Mango but it was extremely spicy! Our waitress was kind enough to make it again for us and toned down the spice quite a bit. Overall, great place!
