Siam Cuisine by Jaruwan

I loved the tasty food at this family and budget friendly restaurant. While its true that the dining room needs a refresh, I enjoy the homey atmosphere (as opposed to over-the-top-asia-gawdy). It's perfect for relaxed workday lunches and early dinners (they close at 8:00 pm), featuring familiar and exotic Thai fare. Jaruwan (the chef) worked with our tastes and dietary preferences (levels of spice, non-dairy, vegitarian, etc) to make the experience delicious and memorable. Try the (dairy free) coconut milk custard and sweet rice. Highly recommended.

The food tastes quite authentically Thai and very flavorful! Many dishes reminded me of real Thai street food. There was Thai music playing in the background, and the owners provided exceptional service. I will definitely come back.

I decided to stop in at Siam Cuisine for the first time today, and it was the best decision I made all day! Siam Cuisine is a small, family run business with heart. The owners are a married couple with a son, and the woman who runs it makes the food herself. ALL… of the food… which takes an insane amount of skill in my opinion. Of course, that means the buffet is smaller than a larger business, but those are a dime a dozen. Quality > quantity, and it’s like a home cooked meal with every plate. The business owners are also very friendly and the atmosphere is very intimate. The prices are also worth it for what you get. Finally, if you’re looking for a place open for Thanksgiving, look no further! Just call for a reservation. I have pics of their Thanksgiving menu. 5/5 stars!

Wow the Panang Curry and egg rolls were super delicious! Very authentic flavors. Hats off to the chef! So happy to have tried them for the first time, will be back.

This is a gem! The atmosphere is quaint and homey. The food is excellent. They have a lunch buffet wed-fri. Eat local. I specifically love how their general chicken isnt super sugary like most other places in the midwest. The fried wontons actually have a good amount of filling too. I wish i had found this place earlier.
