Shore Restaurant

A wonderful, cute little diner in Lakewood. They have a booths to sit at or a small bar area. The staff was super nice. The place is very clean and the prices are decent. They have a variety of items on their menu. The soup we got was very good. We were able to find parking right in front, not sure if there was an additional lot for parking. I will definitely be going back.

I love a good breakfast diner! It was our first time here on a Saturday morning. The place is very small, but we didn't have to wait. I got French toast which was absolutely delicious! My husband got a corned beef omelette. And he really enjoyed his as well! I wasn't vibing with the home fries though. I prefer a little crunch to mine instead of mushy. *this place is cash only* which we knew going in, so that was fine. Service was fast. We parked in the street, but there was a sign on the door that said there was parking behind the building. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stop whatever you’re doing and come here for some hotcakes!! The best pancakes in town by far. They are so fluffy and delicious with a crisp thin top griddle layer. Not only is the food amazing but the service is too! The staff is some of the nicest you’ll ever meet! They are genuine and remembered my sister and I from years ago. They also remembered our dear friend who had just passed. If you’re local I highly recommend becoming a Shore regular! If you’re from out of town stop in for a treat. I had been here once and throughly loved the charm of the mom and pop diner. A year later we move into the area and go to the restaurant and feel the same vibe, but really busy because it’s a Saturday. Stood at the door for a while and witnessed toast being made and money being exchanged and silverware being given all with no handwashing. That is when I decided I probably won’t come back. But I wasn’t upset and I was hungry so we stayed. We ordered. I ordered two eggs (over easy), meat, and French toast. When the food arrived I only had one egg. I literally only had one egg yolk on my plate. I called the waiter over and showed him that I had only ordered two eggs but only one egg yolk on the plate. He told me that there were two eggs there and there obviously were not two eggs there. For t
