THIS PLACE IS “zero waste” FRIENDLY!! Bring your own jars/containers and get a discount ✨ the quality of the tea here is phenomenal. I seriously didn’t know that there was such a difference in tea quality compared to buying tea from the grocery store. The Tea Lab turned me into a tea snob 🥲

I stopped in (with zero knowledge of tea) to buy some gifts and the workers were extremely helpful! They have a huge selection of teas and the experience was pleasant and easy. I’m positive I will return.

All varieties of tea paraphernalia - pots, cups, loose tea brewers, etc. All the teas available were in small, well-organized containers to smell. The number of teas available would be overwhelming if the small containers were not there. The staff was very helpful in picking out the tea and helping to decide on quantity to purchase.

Awesome place to buy loose tea locally. I really appreciate their eco-friendly stance of offering small discount if you bring in your own containers. I highly recommend buying some mini mason jars for this purpose. They're relatively inexpensive, air tight and you can reuse them forever.

the price label for a tea mug says 30.95, but at checkout when they rang it up it changed to 32.95. When I questioned it, the employee just nonchalantly said “the price just went up”. I still bought the item but I think they should honor the price label.
