Shogun Steakhouse 将軍

Dark, empty and food was mediocre. The chicken hibachi (prepared in the kitchen) was $26, see pic and the first bite was off. Greasy rice instead of fluffy and full of flavor. Very small portions but high cost! Chicken was dry.

I was first turned off with the huge signs automatically charging 20% gratuity. That means the staff can treat you however they want. Reservations at 5:30. Seated at 6:00. Drink orders at 6:20. Food orders at 6:30. The guy at the grill put on a good show, and that’s where good ends. None of the food is served at the same time. First you eat your salad, then appetizers, then rice, then veggies, then meat. Some of us got food others had to watch us eat, or we could wait until ours was cold and eat together. Steaks and lobsters were cut into bite size pieces, overcooked and over seasoned. My meal with appetizers, drink and gratuity was over $100.00. Never again…

Came here for dinner with my girlfriend and we both left very satisfied (and very full). The ambience is very pleasant and it's quiet enough to have a good conversation. The servers are friendly and accommodating. We were lucky enough to have Luis as our chef, he was a great cook along with a great sense of humor. He made us feel comfortable and cracked a few jokes. We will definitely be back! Thank you Luis for a great time!

We had the best Hibachi Chef. Super funny and entertaining. The waitress was great. My girls and I had a great dinner. The Chef suggested adding some spice to my fried rice, it was delicious. I left an additional tip on top of their 18% mandatory gratuity because our chef was so great! Worth every penny too.

Filet and scallops. Won.der.ful. Merlot a nice treat. Chef was quite entertaining. Service very good. No reservations. Got lucky two of us squeezed into a table ready to go. Parked 2 blocks away. Will go again.
