Arrow Smoothies and Cafe

I popped in to check Arrow out during First Friday for the first time and was so impressed. It's spacious, nicely painted and decorated, and the outdoor seating is perfect for this time of year. It was quiet and made me think it'd be a good pick for my next 1:1 networking meetings. I'll update my review to include my thoughts on their bowls, smoothies, and coffee the next time I'm there. I only peeked in this time but I'm looking forward to visiting!

Drove by and caught a glimpse of their sidewalk sign so I drove around back and found convenient parking just feet from the door. The location has a low key feel and intimate vibe . Inside you’ll find comfy seat arrangements and outside patio furniture that seats 2 to 4. Friendly smoothie barista helped narrow down my search for the perfect drink which was the St.Lucian (dragonfruit/mango/strawberry). The drink had plenty of flavor and a good consistency, 10 outta 10. Gotta love these small businesses that put everything they got into that one visit all in hopes to regain our business again . Such a great place, I’ll definitely be back.

Omg when I say I had the best smoothie “The Sunset” I mean the Best. Been on a health journey for the last 2 months and I’m glad I have somewhere I can go and trust that the ingredients are exactly what they no added sugars. Not to mention the owner is super friendly!

I had a very good acai bowl from Arrow. The acai was nicely blended, not overly frozen or chunky, and the fruit was fresh! A win! My wife said the staff were super nice. I will go back.

One of the best smoothies I’ve ever had 🌟 the owner was super nice and accommodating. I got a chocolate smoothie with no honey, and added spinach and almond butter. Delicious, just a little bit sweet from the cacao and the banana. Sounds like they’ll have protein, collagen, etc soon. Highly recommend!
