Beautiful space with lots of seating, staff are super friendly and the food was beautifully plated and delicious! They made a great latte and we will definitely be back for more ☺️

First time here. Stopped in after a nice bike ride along the lake. Checked out the reviews before hand and everyone seemed to love the food/place. I would agree. It's located on the ground floor of an office building. During normal business hours you can access it through the building main entrance, but it was saturday and you enter through a side door on the south side. The dining area is nice, but not especially cozy. (why atmosphere is 4 stars) It was nearly noon and the place was starting to get busy. The staff were friendly and helpful with the menu. It was past breakfast we ordered a sandwich and salad. A TAB, Turkey, Apple and Bacon sandwich, with curry spread. And a Smoked Turkey, Apple and Cranberry Salad. Both were excellent. Really enjoyed the service and food. You ordered at the front and the staff brings to your table. This is outside of regular review for me but I have to say a big "Thank you" for seeing a business showing compassion. I'm a male and do not show public emotion but it was difficult for me after seeing this. A gentleman came in that looked disheveled, possibly homeless but definitely in some level of crisis. (I could be wrong but from my experience I'm right). Anyway, not sure the position of the male worker behind the cash register, knew this gentleman and got him coffee but spoke to him as if they were good friends. The normalcy in this interaction is what got me thinking about how I view and treat others. I feel I truly try to treat everyone the way I want to be treated but I know I fall

This place is so well done. Delicious coffee and food. The atmosphere is pleasant and not too noisy, as some cafes can be. It has good style and the people who work there are very friendly. We're visiting from out of town and feel very lucky to have found this spot. I wish we had this place in our town. Thank you, Red Onion!

This is my go to breakfast/brunch place in Racine. The staff is amazing, they are super nice and helpful all the time. It's nice to feel appreciated as a customer. The food and coffee are delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything. I recommend the breakfast sandwich and hash browns. If your an English Premier League fan they typically have a game on the one TV on Saturdays and Sundays. The cafes giant windows make this a great place to people watch year round. If you're in the area check this place out.
