I went in today Sunday March 17 2024 I brought the berbice fry rice and it was simply amazing very good taste and texture of the fry rice and the chicken on top, the chicken was very juicy and flavorful and the ketchup with peppersauce in those plastic bag packets were made well the service was good Tara the owner herself served me and she is a amazing person the pastries and everything in that bakery is freshly made

If you're looking for fresh bread, Guyanese pastries, or food — this is NOT the place. I’ve given this bakery three chances, and every single time, the items have been stale, hard, and taste like they’ve been sitting there for weeks. I understand there’s a lot of competition among Guyanese bakeries on Liberty, so maybe their products don’t sell as quickly — but that’s no excuse to keep old items and continue selling them. I’ve never had a butter flap, black eye, or cheese roll taste so terribly bad. If the owner reads Google reviews, I truly hope you make some adjustments. Selling leftover or stale food just to keep the business running is not the way to go. Customers notice that Liberty has other bakeries to try out.

Bright Sunday morning, ordered dhal filled with lump and extremely cold inside. Bigan choke tasted spoiled. The pumpkin was ok and the same curry was trash. Please do better, this is crazy

I ordered bake n salt fish, but when I open the bake they barely put salt fish in the bake. I wanted to take a picture and attach it to the review but it will definitely make them look extra bad. I will give them a second chance to redeem themselves.
