La Cocinita 2 Mexican Restaurant

I usually order from the location on Jamaica Ave but found this place closer to my location. Needless to say, the food was easily as good as the Jamaica location. We had the steak and birria quesadillas and while the steak was good, the Birria was really good. Quesadillas weren't the absolute biggest but the prices aren't that bad and the birria quesadilla was so good that I can easily eat 30 of them (slight exaggeration for this big back). Consume was great too and the fact that the quesadilla comes with sour cream was the icing on top. I'm glad to see more quality Mexican joints popping up in the area.

Came here to have lunch with my family. Atmosphere was good, waitress Camila was so friendly. This is legitimately authentic Mexican food. You definitely need to try this place.

Food was delicious and authentic! A gem in the neighborhood and a must try! The chicken tacos were perfectly seasoned, the birria tacos were very flavorful and a good portion. The horchata was not too sweet which I loved and will definitely order again! I would recommend this restaurant if you are craving good authentic Mexican food!
