Guac Time Mexican Grill

They put so much time and care into each order. I tried them for the first time when they opened and it genuinely changed my life. I had a late night pickup and got a honey chipotle chicken burrito bowl and it was the yummiest thing ever. I’ve gone back 5+ times and will continue to do so. I would sacrifice my life for guac time 🙏🏼. Update: The portion sizes have decreased ☹️.

I only gave it four stars bc I ordered from here several times and they didn’t give much of a portion size and every time I left special instructions they weren’t followed and on top of that they didn’t have a working phone number. But that all changed from my last experience. I noticed they had a different number on Google and this one worked. When I called I spoke to Kiran and explained to her that I have special instructions to go with my order. She went above and beyond to make sure that my instructions were followed to a T and left me a very satisfied customer. I’m happy to say that this won’t be my last time ordering from here. Thanks again Kiran!

10/3/25 DO NOT GO TO THIS CASH GRAB. As a former Mexican Restaurant employee I am devastated I gave my money to this place. If you want food that tastes good, you won’t find it here. Doesn’t deliver fast, and entire order was incorrect. GAVE NO STEAK WHEN I PAID FOR IT, WHO DELIVERS A PROTEIN-LESS BOWL

I am come at 2.30 and the employee are very rude they don’t care about customer satisfaction kitchen guy is also not good i tell them to correct my foot but they didn’t do they give me same food I don’t know why, but other Store service is good. Do not come at the store.

Unhygenic. I've ordered here through Uber eats a few times and really enjoyed the food. Today I did Uber pick up and the food was not ready so I waited which was not a problem. While the girl was preparing the food she answered her personal cell phone, talked on it while holding it with her shoulder to face and then hung up all with gloves on. She then proceeded to toss the cheese and lettuce and wrap the burritos etc with the same gloves. Now you have make up and dead skin cells with acne on your food and contaminated all other foods. I told her about it and she laughed. Will not be coming back here. Please train staff on food handling.
