Shipley Do-Nuts

On 2/23/26 at 6am I picked up kolaches and doughnuts. When I got home 2 miles away all the doughnuts were cold and the kolaches were cold and the bread was smashed flat not like a fresh kolache would be like.

The Santa Fe location of Shirley’s Donuts is an absolute gem. The staff are always fast and friendly, creating a welcoming environment every time I visit. They’re incredibly efficient, and I’ve never had to wait long for my order, even during busy mornings. One thing I really appreciate is the consistency. The food that’s supposed to be hot is always served hot, and everything is fresh and delicious. From their perfectly glazed donuts to their hearty breakfast options, I’ve never had a single complaint about the quality. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with consistently excellent food, but Shipley’s Donuts in Santa Fe nails it every time. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick breakfast or picking up treats for the office, you can count on them to deliver. Definitely

Stopped here and they had a wait but surprisingly they got the line down in no time. Always have perfect kolaches. Was in and out in less than 5 mins. Lady in the window was fast and efficient.

If I could give it zero starts. The service here was the most terrible I have ever experienced at any shipleys location. Came for a birthday donut & the guy was so rude. Said he wasn’t the owner & therefore he couldn’t give me a free donut on my birthday I explain to him I always gotten one in different locations. He ask me to pull out of the driveway & that they never done such thing from I was able to understand (he could hardly speak English ) ended up going to La Marque location & had no issues there.

The mexican lady with glasses in front was very rude. No communication skills and she had the look on her face like she didn't want to be there. Got our kolaches . No napkins or condiments.
