Hidden inside a Suncoast Technical College is one of the best thrift stores in all of Southwest Florida. The Bookstore within the Sharon Staub library is absolutely hands-down the best all-around. A great staff of volunteers. Each day I go these women are super friendly,positive, and love their job. Such great deals each visit on CDs, DVDs, magazines, and puzzles. They even sell jewelry from an outside vendor.Everything is in pristine condition. I highly recommend going in and checking this store out.

Part of the Sarasota county libraries located next to the Sarasota technical college. Offers a good selection and of books of all types. It has a meeting room where you can reserve for any type of business gatherings, or workshops.There is a teen zone section exclusively for youth with comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxation, power outlets for cellphone charging.. there is also a creation station where you can develop your creative ideas with different tools available such as 3D printing, arts and crafts, Cricut, circuitry, digital art, coding, robotics and many others. You can also borrow a mobile hot spot.

Staff is very friendly! Ms Toni is kids librarian and is great. Place is very clean. Plenty of areas to sit and read even a garden. Conference rooms are available too. Plenty of monthly activities for kids and teens.

This is a smaller library housed on one side of Suncoast Tech College. It's a pleasant campis with a couple ifam made ponds with fountains. It could be a pleasant walk around, shpuld the weather permit. To me that means not presenting like a wet sauna, others obviouslt agree because there is no action outside. It movie requires a car to access and it's a bit isolated and out of the way so you'll not get any people dropping in who are out doing other things Inside its predictably pleasant cooling, AC set at a pleasant temperature. Because of its energy efficient lighting it appears a little dark but not unacceptable or unpleasant. They have a huge children's section, and while I was there a librarian was assisting some kids with some sort of reward for reading I'm assuming some little cand
