We hired Shani to do our cake and dessert table for our Mendocino wedding and felt so taken care of throughout the whole process. At our initial tasting appointment, we were so impressed by not only her talent in making sweet treats, but also how organized/professional she was. In researching vendors, we found some to be slow to respond or disorganized, but Shani had everything dialed in and it was so great to have someone reliable to deliver delicious and beautiful desserts. She also happily took requests for flavors that were not on her standard menu to help us order desserts that fit our tastes. If you're thinking of hiring her, do it!

We had an incredible experience with Shani's Sweet Creations for our wedding cake and mini dessert table! After a fantastic tasting, we knew right away that Shani had to create our dessert table. The small cake she made for us was stunning, perfectly capturing rustic vibes with beautiful sugar flowers that added an elegant touch. I loved how it looked at our wedding—it was absolutely perfect! The mini desserts she created were sooooooo good! I was too busy on our wedding day to try any, but I saved a little box of them, and they were insanely delicious—every single one! I loved them! Shani also provided the decor, stands, and trays for the dessert table, and everything was perfect for the vibe we described to her. We had our wedding cake made by Shani and it was truly spectacular. We did several cake tastings and Shani blew all the others out of the water. Her flavor combinations were delicious and creative, her professionalism and confidence is unmatched, and her cakes, fillings, and frostings were incredible. My husband is very picky about his cake and particularly frostings, and Shani’s swiss meringue buttercream is just the right amount of sweet, which compliments her light and moist cakes perfectly. We asked for a custom design using pressed florals and Shani coordinated with our florist to grow edible flowers in her own garden that would coordinate for the day. Shani is above and beyond!

Shani did an unbelievable job on our wedding cake and desserts. She was easy to work with, kind, professional, and is so so talented. We've never been to a wedding where literally every last bite of the cake and desserts got eaten, but Shani's were gone before we could have any! Luckily we got to taste her delicious creations in advance of the big day. Can't recommend her highly enough!

We searched the coast for somebody who made custom cakes for our daughter's 10th birthday and we were referred to Shani. We heard great things about Shani's cakes so we reached out. Shani was professional through the entire process. Ordering was easy and Shani took the time to give us pricing options and go over details of how we wanted the cake to look. When we saw the cake, we were blown away. The cake was beautifully done and the attention to detail was incredible. It was definitely the highlight of my daughter's party and the flavor was delicious, easily one of the best cakes we've had.
