I had a very disappointing experience working with Rajiv. He made a serious mistake when filing my state tax return, which led to an audit and a $6,500 assessment from the Department of Revenue. When I reached out to him for help resolving the issue, he repeatedly failed to respond to my emails and messages. I had to chase him multiple times just to get any kind of acknowledgment, and even then, there was no real accountability or follow-through. Tax preparation requires accuracy and responsiveness, especially when problems arise, and unfortunately Rajiv fell short on both. I would not recommend his services.
