Shake It Salad Cafe

I was excited to see a healthy spot, and a salad/bowl spot finally in Douglasville. They're located in the corner of the Food Depot shopping center right next to Juice Soulutions (which I just found out about too and will have to try). We’ve definitely been needing one! I ordered a build your own bowl (byob) and a chef creations bowl which was the “Let’s Get Roasted.” This bowl has pretty much most of my favorite items to have in a bowl and it didn’t disappoint. I’m not a huge fan of brown rice, but theirs is really good along with the quinoa. My sister enjoyed her byob. She appreciated the fact that basmati rice was used and said her bowl was really good as well. The bowl is filling as well. Price wise I’d say they’re on par with most salad and bowl shops which is about $15 or so dependi

I’m soo glad I found this place I’ve been looking for a good salad bar near me and the bowls and salads are soo fresh and delicious! The young man behind the bar is very helpful and nice and has a great personality. The atmosphere is welcoming and I love the decor. Also you get to spin a wheel for discounts! 10/10 will be coming back every week. They don’t have a sign up just yet but they are located in the plaza beside Food Depot in the corner. ( beside beauty supply and juice solution)

I had been meaning to try this place. Unfortunately due to their location, I don't think many people know they are there. But I got the Sesame Salad and it was so delicious! Fresh ingredients, prepared to order, and very crunchy. Also the service was very friendly. So glad I finally got to try it and I will be back!

You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. Whether you’re eating clean or just want something satisfying, this spot hits every time. Highly recommend supporting this gem!

My goodness, the 1st fork full of the Let’s Get Rosted Bowl so delicious! I visited Shake It Salad Cafe today because I kept seeing it on my timeline and when I tell you, it was worth getting up out my bed and getting this bowl! The staff were very friendly and I appreciate the warmth. You can tell my salad was made with ❤️
