Great food and service price is very low but the food is five star how old is get chicken and lamb very clean

How did so much go wrong in less than 24 hours? One day it was pretty decent and the very next night it was practically inedible. The second night’s dinner was filled with parts of chicken I couldn’t chew and tons of raw onions that I specifically did not ask for. The lamb is made with raw onion too so can’t try that over the chicken. Really good prices though and the staff is incredibly nice. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t do it for me.

Wow actually really delicious! A little pricey but everything is now and at least they really load it up with meat which I love! Great customer service really kind and super super clean. I have never seen a place so clean. It’s surprisingly big inside too they do have seating and drinks available as well. Definitely will be going back. Highly recommended if you are in a mood for a gyro you won’t be disappointed.

Today was my first time at Shah’s hala food in Orange, Ct. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted by the friendly staff. They patiently answered all my questions and made two delicious gyros, full of chicken and healthy food. This will be my go to place for when I do not feel like cooking. Thank you! Closing time for this restaurant is listed as 12 AM on weekdays, but today (Monday) we went there at 11:28 PM and were told the grill was already closed. We asked for a chicken sandwich, which is fried in oil, not grilled. They said they couldn’t make it because they “needed to toast the buns on the grill.” We even said it’s fine, we don’t need the buns toasted—but they still refused after checking with the kitchen guy, who just said “no.” Honestly, I understand everyone wants to go home, but closing the kitchen 30 minutes early and turning down a customer makes no sense. If we had come 5–10 minutes before closing, that would be understandable—but half an hour early? That’s poor service.
