I can't recommend Shah's Halal Food in Hauppauge, NY, enough! Every single time I visit, the food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. It's the kind of reliable, high-quality street food that truly hits the spot, making it my go-to place whenever I'm craving authentic and flavorful halal cuisine. From the perfectly seasoned rice to the tender, well-cooked chicken and gyro, they consistently deliver on taste and quality. They need to read the order carefully...they messed up my order. Asked for lamb over rice they gave lamb gyro instead. Very disappointing!!

Just a great location. Very clean dining area, saw the workers come out and clean up several times in my short visit. Very polite staff. Food was better than other locations I’ve tried. I was very happy with my experience. In my opinion it’s like a better chipotle or Cabo fresh.

I’ve been here a couple of times. Clean. They always make good / full bowls. Mia is a GREAT worker, very efficient and kind. The guys behind the register are also friendly. Would recommend.
