I would like to share my impressions from my cooperation with Nova Science Publishers concerning a publication which I was invited by them to make. First of all, I was delighted by the very fact that representatives of this company had identified me as an author who could contribute meaningfully to an edited book which they planned to publish. And I was not that disappointed when it turned out that the book in question actually can not be prepared because of difficulties in getting enough articles of the quality that meets the publishing house’s criteria (another evidence of its merits), because I was offered an acceptable alternative – to get my text published in one of Nova’s numbered book series, Advances in Sociology Research 44.
