The high rating is accurate. The food here rocks. I stopped by on a Monday around lunchtime and got the lamb platter. Absolutely delicious. Hearty amount of food too. I’m really satisfied. I love how spicy the hot sauce is.

Shahs Restaurant was a complete disappointment. After my experience, I seriously question the authenticity of the positive reviews because they do not reflect reality at all. The service was extremely slow and disorganized. I visited once when they first opened and wasn’t impressed, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, the second visit was even worse. Despite claiming that orders can be customized, they do not allow any real customization. My friend is allergic to onions, and we clearly explained this to the main manager. He assured us it could be adjusted later. Our food arrived 35 minutes later, completely covered in onions. When I pointed this out, he said he would remake the order. However, less than five minutes later, the same dish was brought back — I watched
