Dok Khao Thai (Oakville)

As one could see through pictures and other reviews, the decor and ambiance is gorgeous (the cutlery in particular had me captivated). Glad to know the atmosphere is just as good as the food. Massaman curry and chicken wrap appetizer was phenomenal. I also want to commend our server, Patty, who was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the evening. Thank you for providing such an amazing dining experience!

What an amazing addition to the area for food!! It’s still new and training the staff but the meal was AMAZING! Having been to Thailand a few times this is the real deal. The veggies in the dishes were super fresh and everything was perfectly seasoned. I plan to be here weekly

I love Thai food… but this is next level. The food here is so flavorful and so fresh it’s absolutely insane how they’re on day 5 of their soft opening. I got the drunken noodles as well as the ka prow fried rice to share with my wife and the taste of the dishes were phenomenal. We got extra spicy and they definitely didn’t disappoint! We also got the “healthy rolls” and it tasted like biting directly into a forest…in the best way possible. It was so fresh and actually felt so healthy. I also got a bourbon drink called “changing seasons” and it was a mix between an old fashion and the most refreshing cocktail ever. My wife got the spicy daisy and it sure was in fact tasty…and spicy 😂 The staff showed nothing but smiles during our visit which added more to the experience. The best part

We had a great time visiting during Dok Khao’s soft opening. We ordered noodles and curry, both packed with flavor and spice. The mango sticky rice for dessert was a perfect way to end the meal. Excited to come back again!
