Seven Acres Sourdough

OMG, this is the best focaccia I've ever had in my life. I will be back to try all of the breads and cookies! Nice people, too!

Their sourdough bread tastes like it was baked by someone who genuinely cares—perfectly crusty, cozy on the inside, and full of that comforting tang that just makes you feel at home. And the cookies? They’re the kind that make you smile before you even take a bite. Soft, warmly sweet, and full of simple, honest goodness. They remind me of something a beloved friend would bake “just because.” Everything from Seven Acres Sourdough feels made with heart, and you can taste that in every bite. If you’re looking for treats that lift your spirits and bring a bit of warmth to your day, this is the place. Absolutely wonderful.

I seriously love Seven Acres Sourdough. Everything they make is so good, but the artisan sourdough loaf is on another level — it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had. And the oatmeal raisin cookies? They don’t even stand a chance in my house, they’re gone the same day. You can tell how much care goes into everything they bake. Highly recommend.

The focaccia is amazing. I like to make different sandwiches with it and try to refrain myself from eating the Whole Thing. Don’t get me started on the cookies. oh my goodness they have definitely taken up to another level. The loaves of bread they make I like to make French toast with every Morning And also amazing for sandwiches. whenever I go to their stand over by the farmers market They’re always welcoming I have to say this little startup bakery business reminds me of one of those old-fashioned Mom and pop places and that’s something That I’ve always liked especially in Bellingham.

Best foccacia bread I have ever tasted and the cookies melt in your mouth. I bought from Seven Acres Sourdough their foccacia bread and cookies for friends birthdays before heading out of town recently and each friend I heard back from thought each item was delicious. One friend told me he looked up the QR code that was on the packaging to see what the bakery's menu has to offer. I can't wait to make another order myself!
