The breakfast burritos are amazing! I got the native 11/10. Brown sugar latte was very good as well.

Delicious breakfast burritos! I tried the Native. Every bite was bursting with flavor, ingredients were fresh and a huge burrito for the price point. I also tried the lavender lemonade, which was refreshingly delicious. They have coffe, tea and bottled beverages as well. Highly recommend getting breakfast here!

Semplice has a nice concept, but the execution felt lacking. Staff came across as impatient, and basic details were overlooked—no napkins set out, tiny paper cups for water that dont stand up, limited seating, and hot cups used for iced drinks. It seems the staff can’t quite handle the level of business they have and could use more support. We ordered a burrito, and it was served falling apart and we had to eat the sloppy pile of it with one of the sad water cups as a utensil. The coffee was fine, but not worth the wait for food that was just okay. With better cafes in the area, I’d likely go elsewhere next time, like Unravel.

This place is amazing especially if you are celiac or gluten free. Great coffee. They know to use different gloves and utensils if you are celiac and will even ask. Bagels are from Canyon house. I go out of my way to go here.

Great coffee/breakfast spot off Main Street in Breckenridge. No tables and chairs here, just an order and pickup at the window type of vibe and move on with the rest of your day. Whether you're walking around checking out the shops or in town getting some runs in on the mountain, this place is wonderful to stop at for a quick bite and a coffee. Will definitely remember this cafe next time I'm in Breck! I got a Mocha Latte and it was delicious, warmed me up when it was 10° out earlier today.
