Seed to Tail Kitchen & Market

We decided to adventure out of the house and wanted to support local after the snowmageddon ice storm. It’s been a minute since I have visited seed to tail. Everything was on point. From being greeted at the door to being served very tasty homemade dinner.

This pup-style restaurant served delicious food. Plenty of parking right in front. Staff was friendly.

Stopped along our way from NY to TN, and this place was such a find!! Some of the best food we have had in our 3+ week tour of the East coast! Wish we could have tried more things! We split the Beet salad grain bowl which was fabulous and so flavorful, and the patty melt was excellent, had a piece of pie a la mode which was unique and delish with a hint of cardamom, and almond cake was outstanding. All very reasonably priced for the quality of the ingredients. Even bought some popcorn kernels to take home. Beautiful wine shop and gourmet items as well, merchandised like a gourmet grocery. Take the extra few minutes to go here off of I-81, well worth it!!

Came across this place while looking for a local "farm-to-table" restaurant. We had a small group coming from different corners of the US and everyone found something they really enjoyed! Really cute place. I like the way it's set up with the wine market on one side and dining area on the other. Service was top notch and the food was fresh, inventive, and tasty! I really praise whoever came up with these flavor combinations!

Our server was wonderful. My daughter stated that her veggie burger was bland and didn't have much flavor and I ordered the beet salad and I've had better. The menu stated that the beets were roasted but perhaps they could have been roasted more.
