Stopped in on 9/19/25 after viewing the the Portsmouth wall murals and the staff the staff was really friendly and quick. I got a dish of strawberry ice cream and boy was it ever good! It was a great experience and I would definitely return again when in the area!

Their attention to detail is terrible. How are you gonna put mustard under my hotdog sauce? I said sauce and cheese only 2x and you still screwed it up. There wasn't anyone else there so what's the excuse? Out of the past 4 times I've been there they've messed something up all 4 times. Oh and to top it off, my 2 out of 4 of the footlong hotdogs tasted bad like they were spoiled. They were not edible. It's starting to feel like McDonald's. Cheap food and even cheaper service.

I really used to love this place! Yesterday was my last time ever coming here. The sauce for the footers tastes so much different nowadays. Not in a good way. Ordered a chocolate cone for my little one. The tub of ice cream she got from was 100% freezer burnt. Ice crystals all on it. My son took 5 licks from the cone and wanted me to throw it out. He didn't finish it. Never once did she put gloves on. She exchanged money and went straight to the food without gloves and touching everything.

Super cute dairy bar. Driving through Portsmouth and wanted an ice cream. Wanted to support a Mom and Pop shop, so hit this place up. They have to have the best prices on milkshakes anywhere in Ohio. A large was $3, I pay almost $6 at Dairy Queen. The shake tasted good, but it was so thick, I had to let it sit and melt for almost 30 minutes. I'm surprised I still didn't get an aneurysm.

Prices are amazing. Awesome local dive. We will continue to go there👍👍
