I called from North Carolina to see if they could help me cheer a friend up that was staying in Portsmouth. Taylor could not have been more kind, and went above and beyond in helping me get an assortment of bakery items and pastries to my friend and her family. My friend said everything was delicious!

The homemade bread and home baked cookies here are so beautiful and delicious!! The employees are always polite . I feel like I'm a kid eating my grandmas bread again I love coming here!!

I ordered a cake and cupcakes when it was still Kathy Sue's for my friend's wedding. When ownership changed I reached out to make sure my order was still okay. Confirmed it was. Showed up and nothing. no cupcakes or cake. Taylor said they no longer do cake or cupcakes. The explanation was that Kathy told me incorrectly and they couldn't fulfill it. As the new owner, she could have reached out and informed me ahead of time instead of relying on Kathy. Especially, after I tried verifying my order a couple weeks ahead of time. Situation was not handled well. She kept saying she didn't know what to do and that she couldn't do it. She said she would message a few people to try to find someone to help. I said okay I'll wait around for a little bit to see if there was a reply and in the meantim

This is the best bakery in Portsmouth, Ohio. They blend old with new. I always make it a point to stop here every time I’m in town. AND I must take their pullaparts back to Texas!!
