Scent From Heaven Bakery

Today my husband just bought some donuts from here, he told them no nuts because he’s allergic, they gave him multiple peanut butter donuts and told him “we can’t do anything about it since the case is cross contamination” you CAN give him the ones that won’t cause an allergic reaction. I worked in food service, I had my servsafe allergen certification and it seems the people at this establishment need it too. It would not have been hard to give him the non nut donuts and make sure they weren’t directly touching the nut kinds, but instead my husband risked his life because they directly gave him peanut butter donuts, that’s more than cross contamination, that’s directly giving him his allergen after he told them not to. Ridiculous. I used to love this place.

Bruh... those cronuts are otherworldly good. It was the first donut I had from this place and it has been the only thing I've gotten since. Was in town recently and hated that I didn't get one this time through. Seriously... whatever you were going to get, if it wasn't a cronut, just skip it and get that cronut. You're welcome.

The staff are very amazing sweet & lovely people. 10/10 would recommend! I love this place & the sweets & treats they serve. Very clean, welcoming, good food & good service. Love that we have a good bakery like this in our town! :)

I follow Scent From Heaven on Facebook and they constantly advertise doughnuts that look amazing but they’re ONLY at the Waverly location. They don’t bring anything good to the New Boston location like Dubai

Recently it has become hard to get a good donut in Ashland, KY. Someone told us about Scent From Heaven Bakery in New Boston, OH, and we took the drive to give them a try. After just one visit I can say with confidence that this bakery has our business from now on. The customer service is top notch, very friendly. We had never been there before so our server took the time to tell us about all the different choices available and even offered a few suggestions for what is really good (HINT - try the cream filled maple and bacon long johns, they’re awesome!).
